This is not the first time when Viktoria fought for her life. At the beginning of the war, her family was forced to leave their home that became a frontline zone. At the time, it seemed the most enormous grief, but no… A few years later, the only daughter of loving parents was diagnosed with a terrible disease – bone cancer. And again, it is necessary to fight for life when the enemy kills from the inside.
Oncologists carefully studied the girl’s case and concluded that it would be possible to install a donor bone in place of the affected one. The donor bone, unlike a metal implant, will grow with the child and does not require extensions or additional surgeries.
However, the cost of such a bone is more than 80 000 UAH. For Viktoria’s family, this is a huge amount that is impossible for them to raise, especially for IDPs like them. Let’s help Viktoria make her dream of dancing come true!
