Since 2008, we have been providing humane and comprehensive assistance to families with children overcoming serious illnesses.

Our mission

To improve the quality of life of children and their families by providing humane and comprehensive assistance during treatment, rehabilitation and in times of crisis.

Close by, no matter what

The war did not stop our help to patients. In 2024, 10,354 Ukrainians received comprehensive care thanks to healthcare strengthening projects.

Psychosocial support

Since 2009, we have been developing psychological services in pediatric oncology departments, and in 2022 we strengthened this area to make support available to those affected by war and domestic violence.

Areas of activity

A home away from home

We provide free comfortable accommodation for families with seriously ill children during treatment away from their homes. We develop a community of support in the Dacha family homes.

Helping frontline communities

At a difficult time for the country, we support people who have lost their sense of security at home. We help Ukrainians who have suffered because of military operations, as well as those who have experienced domestic violence.

Strengthening healthcare in Ukraine

We want Ukrainians to have access to the highest level of treatment - at home, near their families, even during the war.

Psychological support for children and their families

We provide professional psychological assistance to patients in hospitals and at Dachas. We help families overcome the challenges of treating seriously ill children and stay by their side in times of crisis.

Strengthening healthcare in Ukraine

Creating a renovated space for young patients of the National Cancer Institute

International and Ukrainian partners joined the update: Soleterre, Raiffeisen Bank, AGROMAT, Hansgrohe Ukraine. The total amount that Zaporuka Foundation has already allocated for the reconstruction is more than UAH 7.5 million, including the funds raised for the renovation of the 2nd stage.

Helping children

"Giving Tuesday unites to support children

Good deeds have no boundaries. The Children to Children campaign brings together schoolchildren who support their peers in treatment. Helping frontline communities

RELIEF is a large-scale humanitarian aid project

A joint project of Zaporuka Foundation and Soleterre with the support of AICS. We helped communities in three oblasts to provide Ukrainians from the affected communities with the most basic necessities: food, hygiene products, medicines, support for medical facilities and shelter.

Family home "Dacha"

Since 2009, when the project was founded, more than 1500 children and their families have received comfort and care within the walls of Dacha. Despite the war, we built and opened the doors of a new independent Dacha in 2023. In the spring of 2024, we opened a similar space for free accommodation next to the hospital in Lviv.
