6-year-old Ivanko needs help

6-year-old Ivanko dreams of playing soccer. But now he is struggling with severe form of epilepsyUnfortunately, the disease is pharmacologically resistant, and it is impossible to achieve recovery with medication. After the examination, doctors at the neurosurgical department of St. Nicholas Children's Hospital planned an urgent surgery to remove the FCD focus and stop the destructive effect of epileptic seizures. The boy's treatment will require 47 700 UAH. The levy will be in effect until January 31, 2024.

This is yet another challenge for Ivan's family. Not so long ago, they lost almost everything to the war - they left their past life and their home in the village of Kamianka in Kharkiv region, which has been under Russian occupation for a year since the end of March. The parents and their young son left in search of a safer place. Eventually, they settled in the Lviv region, where they tried to start a new life.

Despite all the trials, Ivan's family does not lose hope and faith. They count on our support. The boy does not lose heart either - he is smiling and active. The disease can slow down Ivan's development and become a significant obstacle to playing football, but together with you we will help him realize his dream.

Any amount of your donation will be helpful for Ivan!
