European company Recordati Rare Diseases set an ambitious goal back in the early 90s to provide effective treatment for people with rare diseases. This is its main principle:
"Every patient has the right to decent treatment."
Today, the company's arsenal includes dozens of state-of-the-art drugs, including "Cosmogen" (active ingredient - dactinomycin). It has no analogues in terms of effectiveness, and alternative treatment regimens are often more toxic and less effective.
Foundation "Zaporuka" purchased 50 bottles of Cosmegen and handed them over to the Children's Department of the National Cancer Institute (NCRI). Thanks to this, Ukrainian children will be able to pass Antitumor therapy according to international protocols right in Kyiv.
Quote from Hryhoriy Klymniuk, head of the NIR department:
"The availability of dactinomycin in Ukraine will allow us to provide highly effective therapy used by the world's leading cancer centers. Many thanks to the Foundation!"
Zaporuka Foundation expresses its gratitude to the company Recordati Rare Diseases Pros:
