"Zaporuka has selected a mega-team of 20 experienced psychologists. The specialists include women and men. If a person is more comfortable communicating, for example, with a man, the hotline coordinator will take this into account.

As for the topics you can address. Any topic that concerns you. There are no restrictions. Our experts will help with everything. From "simple" issues such as adaptation in a foreign country, establishing a relationship with a teenage child, anxiety, insomnia, apathy, panic attacks to such issues as feelings of hopelessness, death of loved ones, physical and psychological violence, suicidal thoughts.

How does this happen?

Call the hotline 080 040 00 23 from anywhere in Ukraine, Poland and Italy at any time of the day or night.

Leave a request to the coordinator about what you would like to talk to a specialist about and indicate the best time to contact you.

The coordinator passes your request to a team of psychologists, taking into account your wishes.

Within the specified time, you will be contacted by a psychologist whose competence best suits your problem.
