The evacuation of children with cancer and members of their families abroad continues. Since the beginning of the war, 30 children and 100 relatives have been evacuated for treatment abroad. Young patients have been admitted to permanent treatment by various European clinics with the support of the international oncology community.
This was made possible by the team of Western Ukrainian Specialized Children's Medical Center, Konsulat Generalny Rp We Lwowie, Clinic of Pediatric Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplantation, Ukrainian Association of Pediatric Oncology / Hematology, Lviv Regional State Administration, Lviv Regional Council, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, as well as Roman Kyzyma, Piotr Czauderna's team and Deputy Minister of Health Irina Mykychak, whose team is in constant contact with experts and doctors from abroad.
