We Have Started Dacha Construction!

Hold your breath and get ready for the incredible news: we are officially starting the construction of our Center for Children with Cancer Dacha!

For 10 years, we have been creating a place with a positive environment for children in which they can be together with their mothers.  During this time, we have helped more than 1,000 children from all over the country recover from cancer in their mother’s arms and in the family comfort we create for each family.

All these 10 years, the center is in a rented house, which accommodates a maximum of 6 families who have children with cancer. However, more families need shelter: 15 of them at a time, 350 a year.

As there is an enormous need for support during treatment, we are moving forward to a new goal – to create our Center Dacha that will not be at risk of closure because of rent.

The new Dacha Center is a modern, inclusive house with 15 separate spacious rooms for each child and his or her family, a playroom, a physical rehabilitation room, psychologists’ room and many other essential services contributing to kids’ quick recovery.
