Charitable Foundation "Zaporuka" received state award from the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. For the first time in many years, it was the state that said "thank you" to us - NGOs that work every day to preserve the health of Ukrainians.
🏅 Award "For significant achievements in professional activity and conscientious work" was awarded to the Foundation for its invaluable support of Ukrainian medicine.
The list of recognized organizations includes 20 largest charitable and volunteer initiatives in the country. Among them is the Zaporuka Foundation, which has been supporting medical institutions, children with cancer and their families for more than 15 years.
Our areas of assistance:
systematic provision of hospitals with medicines, equipment and consumables;
development of rehabilitation programs and children's medical departments;
evacuation and treatment of children abroad;
support for hospitals in the frontline areas and occupied territories.
During the award ceremony, the Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko noted:
"Collecting the needs, organizing everything logistically and delivering the medicines exactly where they are needed is a huge job. But it's so touching to hear the gratitude from doctors and messages from the occupied territories that they have not been forgotten. Thanks to you."
This is not just a diploma. It is recognizing our daily invisible workIt's a lot of responsibility, thousands of appeals, logistics, negotiations, searching for partners, and the belief that help should reach everyone who needs it.
We hope that this token of gratitude will become the beginning of a true partnership of public organizations with government agencies. After all, together we are working towards the same goal a healthy and happy nation.
