We help those who save lives every day to grow professionally

The Zaporuka Foundation supports medical teams on their development path, because quality care starts with people you trust. We organize training programs, internships, and experience exchanges in cooperation with leading clinics in Europe.

In particular, the Institute of Neurosurgery in Kyiv has established a partnership with the Carlo Best Neurological Institute in Milan, and the team of the Western Ukrainian Specialized Medical Center was trained at the San Matteo Hospital in Pavia before launching bone marrow transplants in Lviv.

Even during the full-scale war, doctors from Kyiv, Lviv, and Dnipro continue to study - in particular, they have completed internships at the Montecatone and Bambino Gesù rehabilitation centers, adopting modern European practices that have already begun to be implemented locally in Ukrainian hospitals.
