How can you get involved in good deeds if your school is closed for quarantine? We have some ideas for you!
1. Share your own story of good deeds on social media or spread the word about #GivingTuesdayKids using the hashtag on social media.
2. Organize master classes, online webinars from experts (psychologists, coaches, nutritionists, etc.), career guidance lessons, and meetings with famous Ukrainians on your own or contact the coordinators.
2. Invite students and their parents to organize an online family-to-family challenge. Families pass various relay races to their friends or neighbors using the hashtag #GivingTuesdayKids. The challenge includes a variety of tasks: crafts, cooking, etc. Be creative and imaginative.
4. Organize a charity fair on social media with the hashtag
#GivingTuesdayKidswhere parents and children will be able to offer a variety of items to anyone who wants to buy them: from homemade goodies to clothes. Donate the funds raised to charities or shelters. It is important to report on the funds donated to build trust.
5. Help homeless animals find new homes. Contact a shelter or charitable organization with a request to provide information about a pet looking for a family. Ask students to write and post a post on their social media page. Be sure to tell them if they managed to find a home for the furry friend.
6. Organize a book exchange for a charitable donation. Invite students and their parents to post books they have already read on social media. Donate the money raised to charities or shelters.
We are convinced that it is easy to do good deeds during quarantine. Join online charity initiatives and campaigns and, of course, stay healthy!
