Double conversion
The donation amount was selected in a currency other than your card currency. This may cause problems due to the disabled double conversion function. To solve this problem, enable the conversion in the card settings via the mobile application, the bank's website or via the hotline.
Payment limit on the Internet
Your card may have a limited limit for online payments. For a successful payment, make sure that this limit is not zero and, if necessary, increase it in your card settings.
The card limit has been exceeded
The limit on the amount of transactions or the number of transactions per day may be exceeded. In case of payment rejection, you will receive an email with the reason for the rejection.
Insufficient funds on the card
Make sure you have enough money on your card to make the payment.
