Effective team communications: how the training for doctors of the National Cancer Institute went

On November 25, a training session on the development of cooperation in the team of the children's department of the National Cancer Institute was held with the coach Leonid Vladimirovich Bogdanov. Leonid Bogdanov is an organizational psychologist, psychodynamic coach and communication skills trainer with 28 years of experience.

The workshop was aimed at improving communication and emotional competence: doctors, nurses and brothers, and psychologists from our foundation worked together to improve communication channels, identify errors in receiving and transmitting information, and study the emotional component of communication in the organization.

Sessions on communications for healthcare professionals will be held regularly, and on December 21, colleagues of the National Cancer Institute will take part in the next session. We are grateful to Mr. Leonid for the interesting and thorough training for our doctors, which will be relevant throughout their careers.
