Our strength is in systemic work. It is this approach that is capable of changing the state of affairs, as opposed to "putting out fires."
By working systematically, we do not give up our operational work, which has been and is very much in place. For Zaporuka, seeing the pain of a particular person every day and not reacting to alleviate it is unacceptable.
During the war, the ability to "hear" the small (at first glance) needs of our beneficiaries - children, families, hospitals - without compromising strategic projects was very useful to us.
So, when we learned that one of the hospitals in Kryvyi Rih lacked gurneys, we bought 5 units and sent them there as soon as possible.
At the same time, he was dealing with a "big" request from Kharkiv, which suffers from shelling every day. The hero city desperately needed lung ventilators and a large number of medical supplies.
Thanks to the organization
Cerveny Kostelec and Ukrainians in the Czech Republic, we managed to deliver 4 lung ventilators worth 40,000 euros to their destination. And thanks to our German friends from
Harald Fischer and the Sophie project - to provide consumables and surgical instruments worth UAH 600,000.
So, once again, anything is possible! If you have an army of reliable friends from all over the world behind you
