On December 13, Ukraine celebrates Charity Day, a special date when everyone has the opportunity to remember that goodness does not require pathos, but only a sincere desire to help.
How to start doing good?
There are no complicated rules in charity. It all starts with three things:
-
a desire to share;
-
perseverance;
-
support from like-minded people.
And the most important thing is emotions. A child's smile, a mother's gratitude, a volunteer's inspiration - these are the real rewards.
Charity is different - the goal is the same
On the occasion of the Charity Day, the Foundation "Zaporuka" shares touching stories of those who have received and given good.
📌 Oksana Bachuk, mother of Sofia's ward:
"January 7, Christmas... Panic because of bad tests, a donor was needed. And on this bright holiday, there was a girl, Yulia, who came to the hospital without hesitation and helped. It was a real Christmas fairy tale for our daughter."
📌 Alina Shylko, volunteer of the foundation:
"For 11 years in a row, my friends and I have been organizing a holiday for children with cancer. The smiles of children and their laughter are the best reward. Each time we are convinced that our efforts are not in vain."
📌 Olga Filipchuk, Katya Naida's mother:
"We met a lot of good people on the way to recovery. Each of them is a part of our victory. I am grateful to everyone who supported us morally, spiritually and financially."
📌 Natalia Onipko, President of the Zaporuka Foundation:
"Good deeds make us happier. Since childhood, I was taught to be proactive, and my first charity project was a theater in the yard. And today I know exactly why I wake up every morning."
Together we can do more
We remind you that the Zaporuka Foundation changes the lives of children and families struggling with serious illnesses every day. But every good deed is a part of the great light we create together.
Get involved, support and spread the good. Charity is not just about money. It means actions, words, support, and care.
❤️ Because together we are a force. And good things come back.
